Temporary license for practitioner with out of state license

Sec. 5. Notwithstanding any other law, the licensing agency shall issue a temporary license to an individual who has an equivalent license in another state to a license issued by a board if the individual satisfies the following conditions: (1) The individual applies for the temporary license in the manner prescribed by the licensing agency. (2) The individual remains in good standing and has not been disciplined by the state that has jurisdiction to issue the license.
