Sec. 4. Notwithstanding any other law, the licensing agency shall issue a temporary license to an individual if the individual satisfies the following conditions: (1) The individual applies for the temporary license in the manner prescribed by the licensing agency. (2) The individual has, within the past five (5) years, held: (A) a license issued by a board; or (B) an equivalent license in another state; to practice the profession. (3) The individual remains in good standing with the board or licensing agency and the license described in subdivision (2): (A) was retired, surrendered, or otherwise inactivated by the individual; and (B) was not revoked, suspended, or relinquished by the board or licensing agency.
