Indiana Code § 25-1-10-3

"Primary care health services"

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "primary care health services" includes any of the following services that are provided within the primary care provider's scope of practice and for the purpose of promotion of health or the detection and management of disease or injury: (1) Screening. (2) Assessment. (3) Diagnosis. (4) Treatment. (5) Referrals. (6) Coordination of care.
