Indiana Code § 24-5-11-2.8

"Interior improvement"

Sec. 2.8. As used in this chapter, "interior improvement" means any alteration, repair, replacement, reconstruction, or other modification made to the interior of real property, including the interior of any structure on or fixture or improvement to the property. The term also includes the alteration, repair, reconstruction, or other modification of a basement.
