Indiana Code § 24-5-11-2.7

"Insured consumer"

Sec. 2.7. As used in this chapter, "insured consumer" refers to a person: (1) that is a policyholder or an insured under a: (A) personal line policy of property and casualty insurance coverage; or (B) commercial line farm insurance policy that insures residential property; and (2) that is or may become a consumer that enters into a real property improvement contract under this chapter.
