Requirements for cigarettes to be sold

Sec. 12. Except as provided in section 19 of this chapter, cigarettes may not be sold or offered for sale in Indiana unless the cigarettes: (1) have been tested according to the test method and meet the performance standard specified in section 13 or 15 of this chapter; (2) have been certified under section 21 of this chapter; and (3) have been marked under section 23 of this chapter.
