Indiana Code § 20-24.2-4-1

Compliance with applicable laws and Constitutions

Sec. 1. (a) A qualified district or qualified high school shall ensure continued compliance with: (1) applicable federal and state laws; and (2) the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Indiana.       (b) A qualified district or qualified high school is subject to all federal and state laws and constitutional provisions that prohibit discrimination.
