Failure to meet waiver criteria after receiving waiver

Sec. 4. A high school that is certified by the state board under this chapter is considered a qualified high school until the high school fails to meet the criteria established by the state board under section 1 of this chapter.   IC 20-24.2-4 Chapter 4.
