Sec. 3.2. (a) This subsection applies before July 1, 2027. As used in this chapter, "literacy coach" refers to an individual whose primary responsibility is to provide literacy training and support to administrators and teachers. This subsection expires July 1, 2027. (b) This subsection applies after June 30, 2027. As used in this chapter, "literacy coach" means an individual: (1) whose primary responsibility is to provide literacy training and support to administrators and teachers; and (2) who has received the literacy endorsement described in IC 20-28-5-19.7 .
