Persons authorized to use logotype; violations

Sec. 6. (a) A person shall not use the logotype of the general assembly unless the person: (1) is a member of the general assembly; (2) is an employee or agent of the general assembly or an agency of the general assembly; (3) is an agency or instrumentality of the general assembly; or (4) has written authorization of the chairman and vice chairman of the legislative council.       (b) A person who violates this section commits a Class A infraction.   IC 2-7 ARTICLE 7.
