Sec. 1. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b) or otherwise in this article, this chapter applies to all committees established under this article. (b) This chapter does not apply to the following: (1) The legislative council ( IC 2-5-1.1 ). (2) The youth advisory council ( IC 2-5-29 ). (3) The commission on improving the status of children in Indiana ( IC 2-5-36 ). (4) The host committee for the NCSL 2020 legislative summit ( IC 2-5-41 ).
