Indiana Code § 2-2.2-6-1

Distribution of literature by members

Sec. 1. This article does not prohibit a member from distributing literature that is: (1) available to residents of Indiana without cost from the state and stamped "Distributed by (insert the name of the member)"; or (2) otherwise distributed as authorized by the general assembly by law, prevailing rule of the chamber in which the member serves, or resolution of the legislative council.   IC 2-3 ARTICLE 3.
