Sale or lease of property or service; compensation in excess of that received in ordinary course of business

A member may not receive compensation for the sale or lease of any property or service that substantially exceeds that which the member would charge in the ordinary course of business from any person whom the member knows or, in the exercise of reasonable care and diligence should know, has an economic interest in a legislative matter.   IC 2-2.2-6 Chapter 6.
