Inspectors; conflict of interest

Sec. 20. A person employed by the state department to make inspections under this chapter may not do any of the following: (1) Directly or indirectly engage in the business of dealing in petroleum products. (2) Engage in any other business of a nature that prevents proper attention to the details and duties of the necessary inspections as prescribed by this chapter.
