Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "kerosene" means any light fuel oil: (1) with an A.P.I. gravity of at least thirty-nine (39) degrees Fahrenheit as determined by the ASTM D-287-55 method; and (2) having an end point of not greater than five hundred ninety (590) degrees Fahrenheit as determined by the ASTM D-86-56 distillation method.
