Sec. 1. The state department may work with a national lupus organization in educating the public about the following concerning lupus: (1) The symptoms and nature of lupus. (2) Personal risk factors. (3) Options for diagnosing and treating lupus. (4) Populations with elevated risk for lupus, including women and communities of color.
