Sec. 4. With the approval of the budget director and upon the recommendation of the budget committee, each county that has incurred costs for an individual with a communicable disease under: (1) IC 16-41-1 ; (2) IC 16-41-2 ; (3) IC 16-41-3 ; (4) IC 16-41-5 ; (5) IC 16-41-6 ; (6) IC 16-41-7 ; (7) IC 16-41-8 ; (8) IC 16-41-9 ; or (9) IC 16-41-13 ; is entitled to a pro rata share of the money remaining at the end of the state fiscal year in the fund established under this chapter.
