Sec. 3. (a) The aid to county hospitals tuberculosis fund is established to carry out the purposes of this chapter. (b) The state department shall administer the fund. (c) Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-8.5-4.]
