Sec. 1. (a) This section applies to swine that are: (1) moved into Indiana; or (2) sold in a public or private sale in Indiana.       (b) The board may adopt rules that require that swine must be accompanied by: (1) an official certificate of veterinary inspection; or (2) a sanction on a form prescribed by the board showing that the swine have been: (A) tested for diseases; and (B) found to be negative; under rule of the board before the date of sale.
