Sec. 9. After a program for the control and eradication of brucellosis has begun in a county, each cattle owner in the county shall: (1) comply with all existing rules and federal regulations to maintain the county's certification; (2) upon notice by a representative of a local, state, or federal cooperating agency, confine the owner's cattle in suitable quarters for testing; and (3) render reasonable assistance in testing.
