State veterinarian; qualifications

Sec. 2. The state veterinarian: (1) must: (A) be a graduate of a recognized veterinary college; (B) be licensed and accredited to practice veterinary medicine in Indiana; and (C) have at least five (5) years experience as a general practitioner of veterinary medicine or as a veterinary administrator, or both; and (2) may not be a member of the board.
