Sec. 100. "Transport vehicle" means a vehicle used for transporting: (1) dead animal bodies; (2) nonedible byproducts from the slaughtering of animals and poultry; or (3) restaurant grease. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-2-52.]
