Sec. 10. "Bulk milk hauler/sampler" means a person who does the following: (1) Collects official samples. (2) May transport raw milk in bulk form. (3) Transports milk to or from a milk plant, receiving station, or transfer station. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-2.1-2-9.2.]
