Sec. 24. As used in this chapter, "labeling" means all labels and other written, printed, or graphic matter: (1) upon the pesticide product or any of its containers or wrappers; (2) accompanying the pesticide product at any time; or (3) to which reference is made on the label or in literature accompanying the pesticide product, except when accurate, nonmisleading reference is made to current official publications of: (A) the United States Department of Agriculture; (B) the United States Department of Interior; (C) the United States Department of Health and Human Services; (D) the United States Environmental Protection Agency; (E) state experiment stations; (F) state agricultural colleges; or (G) other similar federal institutions or official agencies of Indiana or other states authorized by law to conduct research in the field of pesticides.
