Sec. 7. As used in this chapter, "effective", as applied to inoculants, means that under laboratory tests at least two (2) nodules must be produced on or adjacent to the primary root on at least sixty-six percent (66%) of the plants in the test. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-4-1-3(w).]
