Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "distribute" means to sell, offer to sell, barter, or supply or transport for sale agricultural or vegetable seed for sowing and seeding purposes in Indiana. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-4-1-3(i).]
