Sec. 24. As used in this chapter, "vegetable seed" means the seeds: (1) of crops grown commercially or in home gardens; and (2) commonly known and sold in Indiana as vegetable seeds. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-4-1-3(c).]
