Indiana Code § 15-15-1-23

"Variety"

Sec. 23. As used in this chapter, "variety" means a subdivision of a kind characterized by growth, yield, plant, fruit, seed, or other characteristics, by which a plant can be differentiated from other plants of the same kind. [Pre-2008 Recodification Citation: 15-4-1-3(k).]
