Obstructing, hindering, or interfering with director, officer, or employee

Sec. 19. A person who knowingly obstructs, hinders, or interferes with: (1) the director; (2) the division director; (3) a conservation officer; or (4) an employee or agent of the division of fish and wildlife; in lawful discharge of the individual's duty in the enforcement of this chapter commits a Class C misdemeanor.
