Sec. 18. (a) A uniformed conservation officer shall carry arms in the performance of the officer's duty. (b) A nonuniformed conservation officer may carry arms in the performance of the officer's duty. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-3-4-9(a) part.]
