Inspector's entry onto property to determine violations of article

Sec. 1. An oil and gas inspector and any person authorized by the commission may at any reasonable time enter upon public or private property where a well for oil and gas purposes is being drilled or has been drilled to determine if there is a violation of: (1) this article; or (2) the rules adopted under this article.
