Violations; Class B infractions

Sec. 33. (a) A person who knowingly fails to: (1) comply with the requirements of section 20(1) of this chapter; or (2) obtain a permit under section 22 of this chapter; commits a Class B infraction.       (b) Each day a person violates section 20(1) or 22 of this chapter constitutes a separate infraction.
