Violations; Class B infractions

Sec. 32. (a) A person who knowingly violates section 20(2), 20(3), or 29 of this chapter commits a Class B infraction.       (b) Each day of continuing violation after conviction of the offense constitutes a separate offense. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citations: 13-2-22-13(i); 13-2-22-20(a).]
