Sec. 22. The board shall adopt a system of rules of procedure under which the board's meetings are to be held. The board may suspend the rules of procedure by unanimous vote of the members of the board who are present at the meeting. The board may not suspend the rules of procedure beyond the duration of the meeting at which the suspension of rules occurs. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-31-10(f).]
