Indiana Code § 14-27-6-21

Board; record of proceedings

Sec. 21. The board shall have a written record of the board's proceedings kept. The record must be available for public inspection in the office of the board. The board shall record in the record the affirmative and negative vote on the passage of each item of business. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-31-10(e).]
