Indiana Code § 14-27-6-14

Board; terms of members

Sec. 14. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a member of the board serves for a term of three (3) years: (1) beginning at noon on the day of the first meeting of the board; and (2) continuing until a successor has qualified for the office.       (b) A member of the board is eligible for reappointment to successive terms.       (c) A member of the board may be impeached under the procedure provided for the impeachment of county officers.
