Sec. 13. If a vacancy occurs on the board by resignation or otherwise, except for the expiration of a term, the city executive or board of commissioners of the county shall appoint a member for the remainder of the term. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-31-7(b) part.]
