Sec. 1. (a) As used in this chapter, "transient noncommunity water system" has the meaning set forth in IC 13-11-2-237.5 . (b) The commissioner may determine that this chapter does not apply to a transient noncommunity water system. [Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-6-11.]
