Sec. 5. An onsite inspection of a confined feeding operation must be conducted in compliance with: (1) 327 IAC 19-4-1; (2) biosecurity procedures developed by the department in consultation with the: (A) Indiana state board of animal health; and (B) United States Environmental Protection Agency; and (3) reasonable site-specific biosecurity protocols for the confined feeding operation.
