Sec. 139. "Physician services" means the following: (1) For purposes of IC 12-15-11 , the meaning set forth in IC 12-15-11-1 . (2) For purposes of IC 12-15-12 , services provided by an individual licensed under IC 25-22.5 while engaged in the practice of medicine (as defined in IC 25-22.5-1-1.1 (a)).
