Sec. 138. "Physician" means the following: (1) For purposes of IC 12-10-17.1 and IC 12-15-35 , an individual who is licensed to practice medicine in Indiana under IC 25-22.5 . (2) For purposes of IC 12-26 , either of the following: (A) An individual who holds a license to practice medicine under IC 25-22.5 .
