Sec. 117.3. (a) "Individual with a disability", for purposes of IC 12-12-8 , has the meaning set forth in IC 12-12-8-3.4 . (b) "Individual with a disability", for purposes of IC 12-10-10 , has the meaning set forth in IC 12-10-10-3 . (c) "Individual with a significant disability", for purposes of IC 12-12-8 , has the meaning set forth in IC 12-12-8-3.6 .
