Sec. 117.1. (a) "Individual in need of self-directed in-home care", for purposes of IC 12-8-1.7 , has the meaning set forth in IC 12-8-1.7-2 . (b) "Individual in need of self-directed in-home care", for purposes of IC 12-10-17.1 , has the meaning set forth in IC 12-10-17.1-6 .
