Taxation; support of health centers

Sec. 6. The board of commissioners of a county shall, with the approval of the county council, cause to be assessed, levied, and collected the amounts of money the board of commissioners considers necessary for the following: (1) Suitable lands, buildings, and improvements for the health center.
