Sec. 5. (a) A county described in section 1(b) of this chapter shall name and operate the county's county home as the "___________ Health Center". (b) Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the health center does not have a hospital division. [Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-4-6-1.1(b).]
