Sec. 13. (a) The state fire marshal shall charge a child care ministry a fifty dollar ($50) fee for processing a registration under section 2 of this chapter. (b) The state fire marshal shall deposit the fees collected under subsection (a) in the fire and building services fund established by IC 22-12-6-1 .
