Sec. 12. (a) The division shall charge a child care ministry a fifty dollar ($50) fee for processing a registration under section 2 of this chapter. (b) The division shall deposit the fees collected under subsection (a) in the division of family resources child care fund established by IC 12-17.2-2-3 .
