Indiana Code § 12-12-8-3.6

"Individual with a significant disability" defined

Sec. 3.6. As used in this chapter, "individual with a significant disability" means an individual who has a significant physical or mental impairment that substantially limits the individual's ability to: (1) function independently in the family or community; or (2) obtain, maintain, or advance in employment.
