Sec. 3.4. As used in this chapter, "individual with a disability" means an individual who: (1) has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits a major life activity; (2) has a record of an impairment described in subdivision (1); or (3) is regarded as having an impairment described in subdivision (1).
