Addressing of grievances and complaints

Sec. 22. The office shall ensure that grievances and complaints are addressed concerning the following: (1) Action taken or failure to take action on behalf of a resident. (2) Designation or revocation of designation of local: (A) host agencies; or (B) representatives of the state long term care ombudsman program and office.   IC 12-10-14 Chapter 14.
